Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy Service

  • Once the report for Predictions with Solutions is delivered to the customer, no refund shall be made.
  • In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
  • All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by onlineastro.store in processing and/or delivering the service, as applicable.

Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy Product

  • All printable products including onlineastro.store Horoscope, onlineastro.store Compatibility report, Varshphal report, and Astrologer report are non-returnable.
  • If the customer receives a product in a damaged/defective/broken condition, the customer may apply for a replacement or refund. For this customer may mail at sales@onlineastro.store within two days of delivery of the product. No refund shall be entertained after the expiry of two days from the date of delivery of the product.
